(Council of Europe) The Expert Council on the NGO Law is currently preparing a thematic study on the impact of changing criminal law approaches or provisions in Council of Europe Member States on NGO activities, particularly humanitarian efforts targeting refugees and other migrants. The aim is to cover as many national contexts as possible, including those which are already known as especially threatening NGOs that help migrants.
The results of the study will depend on the collected data and the Expert Council is calling on all those concerned to contribute by answering the questionnaire related to relevant legislation and practice affecting NGOs work before 2 September 2019.
