The Hungarian Helsinki Committee published a note which presents an overview of the legal framework, practical arrangements and key developments on nine key areas in regards to the elections.
This is a tool for those with little knowledge of the relevant Hungarian rules to better understand the events leading up to the parliamentary elections and national referendum held on 3 April 2022.
From now on, the HHC will regularly publish short English updates on key developments, following the structure of this baseline information note.
