FRANCE – LDH takes new policing scheme to court

On 22 September 2020, the League for Human Rights (LDH) communicated that they decided to lodge an appeal with the Council of State against the new police scheme.

The LDH considers that this scheme undermines the freedom of the press, freedom of observation, individual freedom and the freedom to demonstrate.
