EU: Anti-racism network faces risk of huge funding cut

The European Network Against Racism (ENAR) is facing uncertainty, as the renewal of the network’s EU funding grant remains uncertain. The possible funding withdrawal threatens the continuation of the organisation’s work supporting and connecting over 140 grassroots organisations working on social and racial justice across Europe. The situation reflects a broader trend within the EU, where funding is being cut from critical CSOs defending social and environmental rights. ENAR launched a donation campaign in March to fundraise for the continuation of their work.
